Prayer is an important part of the life of the community and there are many opportunities to join us for prayer.

EVENING PRAYER

Every weekday evening, all are welcome to join The Wellspring Community for Evening Prayer from the Divine Office. The prayer consists of psalms, a short reading, silent prayer, and intercessions. This is a very ancient way of praying, uniting us with Jesus who himself prayed the psalms. It’s a beautiful way of praising God and interceding for the world. There will be booklets available to guide you.

Monday at 6:00pm and Tuesday – Friday at 6:30pm in St Joseph’s Church.

EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT

This takes place most Fridays from about 3pm-6pm. It is a chance to come to the Church for silent reflection and prayer. A great chance to be at peace in this busy world.

PRAYER MINISTRY

Praying with and for each other is an important way of caring for our brothers and Sisters. You may like to come and ask for prayer for a particular issue in your life or also healing. We have people available for prayer after most 11.30am Mass at St Josephs.

PADRE PIO PRAYERS

Thursday evening from 7pm which includes Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

ST JOHN THE BAPTIST

At St John the Baptist the Church is open generally most days for people to come in and pray and be quiet in front of the Lord.
Wednesday we pray the Divine Mercy at 3pm and 7pm.

DAILY MASS

Mass is celebrated most weekdays, Tuesday – Friday at 6pm at St Joseph’s, and 10am at St John the Baptist (except Thursdays) – please check the newsletter for the most up-to-date times.
